An Evertonian website

Mailbag – That’s enough optimism

Les is joined by Dave and Kate to answer your questions. This week…

Stephen asked “There are 5 stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance) and when it comes to Everton I’m at stage 5 where is everyone else at?”

Matt asked “What’s the best goal you’ve seen scored by a terrible player?”

Liam asked “Would Claus Thomsen get in this side? (Never thought that could even be asked until this season)”

And, more importantly, which Simpsons character do you think would make a good Evertonian?

Chris asked “Given it’s compulsory down in the Championship, what goal music are we going with next season?”

TWS asked “8 (eight) teams are challenging for the remaining two Championship Play-Off spots, with two games left to play in the league.

What fresh Evertonisms have you imagined might befall us in the lower league? Tell me your deepest, darkest, funniest fears of our new life in obscurity?”

And “Are we swerving the Checkatrade next year?”

Foxy asked “Thought occurred to me watching the players warm up before kick off yesterday, was that Dyche isn’t on the pitch or sidelines.

So my question is, what does he do during warm up? Is he sat in his office listening mixtapes from Stones and Woan?”

Paul asked “Following recent unfounded allegations of board members being put in the Crippler Crossface, what is your wrestling finisher and which person (famous or otherwise) are you hitting with it?”

Maggie asked “Who’d win in a fight: an angry pack of wolves, or Jordan Pickford on a mystery bag he got from some fella at Creamfields?”

And “How do I stop feeling numb inside?”

And “Last night some fella called a certain vertically-challenged French striker a “dirty little Borrower”.

What is the best shout you’ve ever heard directed at one of our own players?”

And “Do you believe in Dyche after Lamps?”

Joe asked “Joe – What’s your favourite 7/10 movie? Alternatively your favourite 7/10 game, since that’s where I stole the question from”

  1. Hey there this is kinda of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs
use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.

I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding knowledge so I wanted
to get guidance from someone with experience.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  2. No matter if some one searches for his vital thing, thus he/she desires to
be available that in detail, thus that thing is maintained over here.

  3. Valuable information. Fortunate me I discovered your website by chance,
and I’m surprised why this twist of fate didn’t happened in advance!
    I bookmarked it.

  4. You have made some decent points there. I checked on the net to find out more about the issue and
found most people will go along with your views on this site.
